GEO Monitoring
AI visibility. Precisely measured.
GEOLYX analyzes how ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity answer the questions that matter to you. You see how often they mention you and cite your website, what tone they take when they talk about you, and where your competitors stand.
Get startedWhat it’s about
How visible are you in AI answers, and how do your competitors measure up?
When people ask AI systems for a recommendation, they usually read only a handful of names. GEOLYX shows you whether your brand is one of them and how often your competitors come up. That gives you reliable data and lets you track how things develop at any time.
How it works
From prompt to metric.
-
Define your prompts
You define your prompts, i.e., the questions your target audience asks AI systems, and organize them into groups, for example, by product or topic. GEOLYX helps you phrase them with AI assistance, even if you’ve never done this before.
-
Analyze the answers
GEOLYX asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity your prompts and checks the answers for mentions, citations, and sentiment—for your brand as well as for the competitors you’ve added.
-
Track and act
Trends and charts show you how your visibility develops, across all prompts and for each group. Based on your results, you get recommendations on what to focus on next.
What GEOLYX analyzes
Metrics you understand and can share.
GEOLYX calculates every mention, citation, and sentiment metric for your brand and for each competitor you’ve added. You see them across all prompts and for each group, as a current snapshot and over time—and, if you like, for ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity individually.
The numbers
-
Prompts
How many prompts the analysis includes, in total and per group: the basis for putting every other number into context.
-
Mentions
How often AI answers name your brand, even when they don’t point to your website.
-
Citations
How often AI answers cite your website as a source, for example, with a link.
-
Sentiment
How many answers talk about your brand in a positive, neutral, or negative way.
The shares
-
Share of mentions
What portion of all mentions goes to your brand and what portion goes to your competitors.
-
Share of citations
What portion of all citations points to your website and what portion points to your competitors’ websites.
-
Sentiment distribution
How the answers about your brand break down into positive, neutral, and negative percentages—comparable with your competitors, even if you and they are mentioned a different number of times.
What’s in it for you
Numbers you can base decisions and reports on.
-
Show progress
Metrics you can compare over time make it clear whether your work on AI visibility is paying off. That helps in conversations with your team and with management.
-
Keep an eye on competitors
You see which of your competitors AI answers mention most often and on which topics you’re ahead.
-
Catch up where it counts
Recommendations show you where you can catch up with your competitors and where you can extend your lead—tailored to your results, not off the shelf.
FAQ
Questions about GEO Monitoring
Are competitors analyzed the same way as the company’s own brand?
Yes. For each competitor that’s been added, GEOLYX calculates the same metrics as for the brand itself, across all prompts and for each prompt group. This also shows on which topics a competitor is ahead.
Can other people in the company work with the analyses?
Yes. Additional team members can be invited to GEOLYX, for example, from marketing or development. They then work with the same metrics and charts.
Why does GEO Monitoring report shares in addition to the number of mentions?
The number of mentions and citations shows how often AI answers name a brand or cite its website. The share compares these numbers with those of the competitors that have been added and shows how much weight the brand carries in the answers.
